Definitions

"we", "us", "our", means York Guns Limited.
"you", "your" means the person ordering products under these terms and conditions.
"website" means the website with domain name yorkgunsonline.co.uk
"working days" means all days other than Sundays, Mondays and Public Holidays.
"product" means the product or products you have ordered from us.

Application of Terms & Conditions

By using this website you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

Order Acceptance

When you place an order through the website we will send you an acknowledgement e-mail. This e-mail is not an order confirmation nor does it indicate that we accept your order.

Acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on despatch to you of the goods ordered.

Pricing

All prices quoted are in Pounds Sterling (£) and include VAT at the prevailing rate. Delivery charges are extra.

We reserve the right to change the prices listed and to end any promotions without notice, we also reserve the right to add or withdraw any item at any time. All orders for products are subject to availability and we reserve the right to refuse to supply to any individual or company.

Although we make every effort to ensure the prices on the website are correct, mistakes may sometimes be made. If we discover a mistake in the price of the goods you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of either reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled. If your order is cancelled and you have already paid for the goods you will receive a full refund. We are under no obligation to supply any product that is priced incorrectly.

Delivery & Packing

Normally orders are despatched within 3 working days, however if the product is not in stock or it is during a peak business time it may take longer. Please allow up to 28 days for delivery.

If we are unable to fulfil your order within 28 days, we shall either agree a new timescale with you or you may cancel the order, in which case we will return any payments that you have made in full.

Express Delivery orders are given priority and will be despatched as soon as possible using next day delivery which may require a signature.

All delivery times quoted on this website are estimates only and are based on working days. We shall not be liable to you for any delay or failure to deliver the goods within these estimated timescales.

Our delivery charges include packaging, handling and postal costs.

Some postal addresses in Northern Ireland, some offshore islands and some remote areas of Great Britain may not be covered by our delivery services and we may not be able to arrange delivery of some items to such addresses. We will notify you of this when we receive the order.

Returns & Refunds

If you are not happy with any of the goods that you have purchased, return them to us within 14 days and we will give you a full refund for the item, subject to the following conditions:

- The item must be unused and in mint condition with its original packaging and accessories
- Any CDs, games or videos must be unopened i.e. any shrink wrap or security seals must be intact
- Any personalised items cannot be returned unless they are incorrect or faulty

If the item is returned because it is incorrect or faulty, and you do not want a replacement, we will refund the price of the item and any delivery charges. If you return a product for any other reason we will refund the price of the item but not the delivery charges.

If you are returning an item because you would like to exchange it for a different size/colour then there may be additional postage costs for sending out the exchange item.

Please contact us before returning any product so that we can explain how to make the return and give you a return reference number.

Please note: You will be responsible for the costs of returning goods to us unless the item is faulty or it was delivered to you in error. We would recommend for your own protection that you use a recorded and insured delivery service.

Christmas Returns

Over the Christmas period we extended the time that we allow for items to be returned. Any items that are ordered between 01 Dec and 23 Dec may be returned to us before 24 Jan of the following year. Other terms relating to Returns & Refunds remain unchanged.

Restrictions

We currently only accept orders for delivery within the UK. All customers must be UK residents and over the age of 18.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any contract between us shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English Law and the English Courts shall have jurisdiction over any disputes between us.

Statutory Rights

These Terms & Conditions are in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer which remain unaffected.

Disclaimer

Prices quoted on the York Guns Online website are specific to purchases made through the site and may differ from those in the York Guns shop.

This site contains links to other Third Party websites. All of the sites listed have been carefully selected by us and they are provided in good faith, however we offer no guarantees for the products or services that they offer and we are not responsible for their operations in any way.

We reserve the right to make changes to our website, policies, and Terms & Conditions. Any changes will be posted on our website. It is your responsibility to check whether the Terms & Conditions have been revised, as use of our site after the date of any revision shall be deemed to constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.
